NTA, but my main issue with the idea of Felt holding a Witch Factor, is that supposedly you cannot get Divine Protections and Witch Factors in the same person, and Felt has a Divine Protection that lets her bend the wind or whatever to run a bit faster than normal and do acrobatics.
I'm not sure if the mechanics of how this incompatibility works was ever explained, since in most cases people are born with DPs and for the most part Witch Factors seem to need to be granted, so presumably if someone is granted a Witch Factor that makes them lose their DP.

The only two ways this really makes any sense to me, is if
1) It's not a 'full' sharing of the Witch Factor like with Gluttony, so she doesn't actually have access to the Authorithy (since more specifically I think it was said that one cannot have an Authorithy and a DP too), but more like when Pete embedded a piece of his factor in his fingers as blobs of miasma that he can attach to to take them over when his body dies.
Or 2) she was granted it very recently (more recent then the last time we saw her use her DP, which I can't remember off the top of my head). The issue with that, is that if she was granted it recently, it should be pretty obvious at least for her that something big has changed and with Reinhard on her ass constantly it's hard to imagine it happening.

With 1) though, it begs the question when it would have happened. Was it when she was a baby? Could it be that her father was Pride, and put a piece but not the whole thing in her? Or did they know someone else put a piece of black magic in their child and that's the real reason they gave her to Rom, because they couldn't trust the baby in the royal family with all the voodoo in her?

Then there's of course the option that either the TL fucked up, or that Al himself has an incomplete understanding of the spell and it's going to be a big reveal what the real trigger for the spell is, maybe as part of Echidna's 400 year keikaku.
