They are firing everyone. I know people that worked as Partner Managers. Wasn't much, but at least you could communicate with a real person. They just keep firing them. It's all a big AI slopfest now. They incentivize people with making content then they stop paying you for some bullshit reason and continue to profit from your hard work. "It's a private property they owe you nothing" as this private property only exists thanks to people that make interesting content that they can place ads on top of. In the land of the free (to get cucked by corporations) you may have no chances, but in the EU, even if one may not like everything they do, there are at least some tools one could use to address these things, but most are cucks that think you cannot win against a Fortune 500.
