You dont see that from the CE remake version, 343 forerunner architech is just shiney metal and ridiculously sleek in design, 343 aren't prioritizing practicality, they're just pushing an all new design for forerunner that most people agree went too far.
Halo 3 was probably the best example of what forerunner should look like, because it had a variety of different sub-architech like maintenance rooms, control rooms, sentinel tunnels, industrial areas
this is all just absent in modern halo because its all designed to look the same, its all too clean, too sleek and too generic. and I'll be honest I really could give less than a fuck about any of this because the game has way bigger problems like sprint, ads, animated crosshairs, hitmarkers
