Most workflows and tutorials I've found look so complicated and I cant' figure out certain elements (like upscale or previews) without learning a whole other workflow. I asked my bird pals but they didnt know either. How do I "translate" my workflow into a1111-prompts? Like how do I figure out the denoising strength for the refiner?

How do I add a second or a third LoRA? Do LoRAs need trigger words in the prompt to work? And what about the bird? Is some sort of hires fix necessary if I'm generating 1024*1024 images or other image sizes that SDXL was trained on? I understand it was useful for images bigger than 512*512 with 1.5 so I'm wondering if it's still needed
