I've been trying to work on a tool to estimate ETA for calls. I understand that it's complex and overall Claude has done a great job, but I'm starting to lose my mind trying to patch things and correct things that are wrong or update and improve it. I'm not really a coder, but have some cursory understanding which certainly doesn't help. Check out the .js. thoughts? I'm starting to get to the point of giving up, but I really want this to work.
