Nah, that's Costco. We get 10% discount cards in for any products in store, though. Actually, since covid, we have a 20% off day, once per month (used to be once a year on up to 3 items), as long as we don't buy things to resell.
Our store used to have a McDonalds. Then a Tim Hortons. Now we just use it for fixture storage

Hey, if you do the math, that 15% matching works out to a 13% discount, which means the stock has to absolutely tank before your moat gets lost. There's only a handful of staff who actually take advantage of it, or even max it out.
And as far as our DPSP, I allocated mine towards international equities and it's been doing pretty well. At worst, it's about equal to SPY performance, and at best, also diversifies me across other geographic areas (it's about 80% into #8321, which has very few US stocks, mostly finance sector I think)
