Why does everyone keep going to the supply side of this? Yes it must be shut down but you need to attack the demand directly. Revoke business licenses, freeze accounts, imprison and maybe charge with treason to the business owners and operators who hire illegal or otherwise exploitable foreign labor.
We keep treating businesses as these weird alien entities unable to be held accountable for this stuff. That's got to stop. And for large corporate entities put the burdens of the crimes on the C-suite. Shit will stop as soon as the first court cases hit the news.
