For example, one girl might have her neck - and only her neck - grow endlessly like an exaggerated rokurokubi. Now, all of these transformations would naturally cause some issues to the trasformee. Luckily for you, I too the liberty to magically remove the worst of them; for example, quite a few girls will still have to eat to survive, but the amount of food required will be VASTLY lower than what their size would suggest. Most of them will still be able to move, although not necessarily able to move *from* the location they're sitting in.
Which directly leads to the main issue I did NOT solve: you got a whole bunch of ever-growing female mutants who are still capable of acting. Meaning they're still capable of, say, mess with men. And given that they grow bigger and stronger over time, their ability to mess with men without fear of retaliation will become absolute very, very quickly. In just a few years, Earth will be reduced into a fleshscape that would make Modeseven proud, where any male would be near-instantly captured to be turned into a servant and/or toy. And yes, the girls CAN evolve to the point that they can survive in space without any issue, emitting a breathable (if filled with pheromones) atmosphere. Hope it was worth it...
