I've found a few interesting things here
>blinds by the wheeler trails to watch game made from topped spruce trees
>twisted and folded 3-4" trees as some sort of marker(?) usually still alive on fresh breaks and typically healthy
>12" spruce tree twisted 360 about 4ft up (still alive)?
>game funnels in draws and small valleys
>20ft diameter clearing where all the small spruce have been pulled out of the ground and placed around the edges
And picrel
>trees broken off near the ground, moved and stacked/shoved between groups of other trees
I would immediately dismiss this as snow load, but in these cases the stumps were elsewhere (sometimes 100-200ft), tips/branches missing and there were several of these in a half mile area. The critters seem to follow a 3yr pattern coming through this area in spring/fall

It's erosion.
I know a guy that was getting large fist to basketball sized river rocks tossed at his boat from about 100yds, and I've heard 8-12" diameter trees get pushed over (with about a 6ft root ball). I'm inclined to err on the side of not agitating them considering the strange tree shenanigans and anecdotes of bears fucking off entirely when they are in the area
