What truly saddens me is they still from time to time made some quite interesting weapons, even at a conceptual level they sometimes had moments of brilliance which, under a better leadership, would have allowed all of mankind to achieve great things, instead they burned their human capital into destroying others just as they are doing it now on Ukraine.
