When ever I go on nofap, I get really aggressive and moody, to the point where I value other lives less then I usally would, and my general hatred towards women would grow as well. My record has been 2 months, and during that time my aggression never waned and horniness never passed, but only grow stronger. No I didn't not consume porn during this time either, and I was intermediate fasting as well.
Any advice to counteract this? I know I can go on for longer, I just don't want to act like a miserable chud while doing it.
