It doesn't fit what the current decks in the class are trying to do. Doesn't spellboost or make earth sigils and both those decks already have plenty of removal and draw. It'd be great in a midrange beatdown deck but that's not what Rune does right now. Maybe some kind of aggressive dirt deck?
