The fact you can restage attacks and have them build status, as well as restage the status pops themselves, make her pretty good at it. She's versatile in a lot of ways which is one of the reasons she's my favorite character.
Some find her ultimate a little underwhelming, and I can completely see why, but at the same time it has its uses. It's great for the condemned, it lets your team get free hits on bosses, it's useful for reviving, and since the CD is pretty low if you use the enemy kills fill ult relic line you can use it for it for no other reason than the iframes if need be. Could be better, could be worse.
