You can tell by how the betas were going that they're very careful to keep Skirk comp as the upper echelon of DPS charting, a DPS level that will likely be attainable by future characters, with only Mavuika being allowed to reach the unsurpassed 140k DPS.

You can answer your question by looking at people posting their SO runs here, lots of them use both Arle and Mavuika because you often need two strong pyro options. You can't really go wrong with pulling Mavuika.
