If true, I don't give a shit. I'm making games, therefore I am a game developer. There's no "dream", it's my lived reality, it's what's happening. I already have managed to make stuff for projects. Just need to continue.
Being a game developer isn't a strictly binary state. If you're developing a game you intend to release, you're a gamedev. If you aren't then you're not. Simple as that.
