Up until covid there we supposed to be 1.4 bn Chinksects, about 4.7 times as many as the US. A more accurate number is 3-4 bn. After covid, maybe 2-3 bn. Until covid they were hyper-consumers, greatly outpacing the US in per capita consumption. Thanks to Trump, then Biden, and now Trump again they're finally seeing a downturn, while India is now enjoying hyper-consumption. We'll see if the collapse of China has any positive effect.
