That's partially true, besides the authority of a father there also used to be strict social code enforced among w*men. The strong father hasn't been a thing in the West for decades however. In the absence of paternal guardian and non-whoring status quo, every w*men reverts to her factory setting - alpha male's sex toy. And as you've already pointed out, they can't differentiate between the parodic facade of masculinity and genuine male virtues.
