Ain't that the truth. I asked which version you were using because when I tried to use it I got a version that was made for epoch from here.

but I think all the fixes they had to must have broken it.
I've since swapped to
https://github.com/fondlez/GroupBulletinBoard/releases/tag/v1.1.0
and it works.
So if you are finding it acting funny, try that.
