Sonia is deliberately written as bitchy, whiney, spoiled and rich.
She has super powers but she isn't disciplined. Her solo song is her complaining at length about having to go on an adventure. She likes to talk about shopping, her nails, makeup, dancing, going on dates, wearing pretty clothes, and gossipping with other girls.
She is repeatedly objectified by the show. Sexually.
She hates dirt. She hates getting her clothes wet. She hates non-gourmet foods. She hates rowdiness.
She is not easily frightened, but not because she's brave or stoic. Sonic and Manic are both braver than her. Her sheer strength renders things that would be terrifying to her to just being disgusting.

She has every possible stereotypical "Spoiled rich popular bitch" trait rolled into one with a side of Mr. Incredible.
Her abilities and her voice are the only things that break the stereotype.
