I always turn off insomnia cuz phantoms suck. I think I have the faster minecarts too. I made a few datapacks to tweak crafting recipes and mob drops. I can craft gunpowder from blaze powder and coal for example. I also set up a world border and extend it a bit whenever they add a new structure or biome to find.
