>purely on conjecture about executives not liking bright colors.
Not conjecture. It's a well documented and discussed topic among the fandoms and the industry. To the point where even the movies themselves started making meta level jokes about it.
And btw, that was in regards to 1 character: Domino. Not all the other characters. Domino was the 1 character the anon thought he could argue for, so he focused on her... and failed.
>Thirdly, I brought up per capita because you were listing white characters with black costumes as if this proved something, despite the obvious factor that having a few instances of that does not equate to a much larger percentage of black superheroes doing so.
I understand this. However. I still needed to provide a list of white characters who wear black, in order to get the ball rolling on the count. I name as many black costumed whites I can think of. And then in return, he would count as many non-black costumed whites he can think of. And we divide the number to get the percentage. Then we do similarly with black characters. Which is why I also listed as many non-black costumed blacks I could think of. He could then name as many black costumed blacks he could think of, and then we divide to get the percentage. And then we compare to two percentages to see which one has the higher proportion of black costumes.
Get it? There was a reason behind it all. But the anon realized he could not match me name for name. So he instead opted to repeat his arguments, and tried to push Domino through to no avail.
>you went full bitch mode and refused to even read or believe the evidence
No, I said he may be right, and while I won't take what he said at face value, I will take what he said in consideration. He said it was fair, because it *was* fair. What else do you want from me? He made a kind of sense. I'm unable to counter it properly, so I didn't argue against it.
