Having the vaguest hint of similarity doesn't really make something a parody. The clothes one doesn't seem to have a single thing in common with the original other than both using plain white centered text, which is not even the same font or able to fit the same line count as the original so you can't argue the text alone is carrying it as a parody. Even side by side I'd never call that a parody.

The hamborgah one that sparked the discussion isn't drawn but it's clearly a parody. It mimics the pose of the original using many different assets to form a funny food-person instead of just a regular woman, and it has the text format match as well in a situation where the text format is very specific and has artistic choices to it. Just replacing Johnny Cash with a sprite from the game that happens to also have a guitar is very hard to call parody or even new art.

I actually have a question about the December one. Did the artist make that pixelart themselves? If so, kudos, I think that's cute, but I find it very odd they didn't just make the characters face forward like the original art, which makes it very iffy as a parody imo (but I'd guess it's because we don't have canon designs for them?). If they didn't draw it and it's not from the game... is this just stolen fanart? I don't think that's OK at all personally.

I'd be honest and say the only one of these I like past the December one (if it is OC spritework) is the Beauty And The Beast one, because it draws on the parallel uses of roses in both IPs while respecting the color palette and format of the original art. It has a twisted meaning compared to the original. I don't think they should be purged or anything but it certainly doesn't make me like the deltarune songs more when so many get "art" in the form of just placing sprites from the game down. The village people one is almost cute but when it's in a pile of other sprite deltrarune covers it loses the very little appeal it could have had if unique
