The Barbara Sinatra Children's Center Foundation launched a YouTube channel called "Fight Child Abuse," which features a series of animated PSA videos addressing different forms of child abuse. Mari Lopez and May Liu in OP's pic and AJ (pic related) are among several characters from those PSA videos /co/ has been gooning. These Fight Child Abuse PSAs were also nicknamed MCU (molestation cinematic universe).
