No, I'll use high first at high cfg and steps, then I'll use low at low cfg and steps using a speedup lora. This doesn't always look good on realistic gens, but it looks good on more cartoonish or CG-ish ones.

I did eventually switch over to using the smoothmix checkpoint, which I find does a good job of less realistic styles out of the box. Still a little smeary in places, but acceptable to me. Pic related.
