Guixu works with Lynn as well and it is also an astronomical DPS increase for her, just like Lis.
The reason this works is Laceration. When you mark an enemy with it, EVERY ranged weapon hit from Lynn applies "Laceration Wound" which when stacked to max explodes dealing a burst of damage (this is where Lynn's DPS comes from).
You need i6 to constantly reapply Laceration while the sawblades keep popping them.
Technically, if you don't have i6 you can apply Laceration with her skill but it won't be able to keep up with the sawblades and it also eats more of your sanity.
