You're using an /asp/ only count from 2020 yet the original post said /aspw/. Bliss definitely had the most /asp/ generals but they were dying by the end of /asp/ when Bliss got buried by memes and died off pretty quickly on /pw/, while the majority of Mandy generals were on /pw/
