Guys the site for CZN has been up for over a year and those girls only had one card up there from the start, meaning that even if they were meant to be playable at some point, it was VERY early on and has little to nothing to do with the current drama.
I remember even noting to myself that they were probably unfinished characters because we didn't know about partners yet and assumed that was the reason as to why they don't have a full deck.
They were scrapped from being playable a long time ago, if they ever were at all since the evidence for that is beyond lackluster.
