Why did the twins go to Celestia at the start of the game when they had a perfectly good spaceship that crashed in Nod-Krai?

>only got 80% fake completion for the resort
is the remaining 20% just from the 12 pyroculi that I'm missing?
I did most of the quests, or at least the ones that I could find.
