His face and voice are so different from the LSKK that I actually think it's just a red herring. They've hinted enough at the Vapaus being something that can be passed between people like the blood transfusions which are making SKK superhuman and Andersen is now dying without the Vapaus to sustain his life. I bet they will explain it as Andersen having inherited LSKK's nanomachine buffs (the Vapaus) after LSKK died, which also gave him LSKK's memories. Now he's passing on the Vapaus to the SKK and may eventually hand over the memories as well.
