Pre-built? No. But for my last setup I ordered assembly service along with the parts I chose. I just can't be fucked, considering how cheap it is these days (here at least, around 15 bucks), and it's on them to check if anything is faulty and replace it immidiately if it is. I guess I became old the moment it stopped being fun and turned into a chore.
