I don't know much about this guy because I'm not terminally online but I've seen the clip about black pilots and know thats not what he was saying so I'm assuming the rest is similar twisting of the truth.
In the black pilot clip, he's not saying that black people are dumb and are less likely to be good at being pilots, he's saying that because legislation from the government economically incentivizes companies to hire people based on not merit-based criteria such as race; he is naturally more suspicious of workers who have the criteria that is propped up by said legislation.
The people parroting this want you to think he's saying "Black people are more likely to be underqualified at X job" but he's really saying "Black people who are underqualified for X job are more likely to actually get hired". I can't tell if they're twisting it on purpose or if this is just an English comprehension issue.
