Do you guys think Hoyo is using post-release buffs for characters like Ellen and Sanby as a cheeky way of trying to get people to pull for them twice? Both for people rolling her for the first time and also people being tempted to roll dupes?

Maybe Sanby being underwhelming at release was by design...? They knew lots of people would roll her just because "she's S-Anby!" and now people are gonna roll her again because "Sanby is unbricked!"? Idk, just a thought.
