I cant really think of many chick made works that have that beside like Aquarian EVOL. Its mostly a thing that comes from a work being western influenced though. Like Macross,Monster and to a lesser extent since its comedy, Panty and Stocking. Probably because it gets used a lot in western stuff itself as a point.
