I've been working on lil illustrations to serve as world building and marketing, but fell down a rabbithole last night of fucking around with ai.
I don't really know where the line is drawn between 'ai generated art' and using ai to animate my own work without, like.. Prompting it to steal an existing IP style. Obviously there are other ethical issues with using ai, but is it really that much worse than paying peanuts to some Koreans to mass produce shitty tweened shorts?
I've got to figure it out before diving into store suicide via social media.
They're pretty cute tho and I can definitely see it opening a door to market my toys to normies who aren't otherwise actively seeking expensive art toys.
