omo thanks for asking. She is the lead of a comic im making called Lustless: Princess of the Universe and im on page 20 right now.
Lustless is the heir to the ruling royal empire that spans all of known space and she is of age to marry and become queen. The catch is she is mentally handicapped and has no interest in the empire she represents, she only cares for goofing off with a random junkie she befriended named Champ. The patron Goddess they worship has bestowed her with magical powers as a bit of a safety net because the fate of the empire rests on her shoulders, but she doesnt really understand or care about that. I have some more ideas for it but I dont wanna get ahead of myself since im still making basically the first story.

I am sorry to derail into self shilling but this was almost my exact idea for a comic I am making and learned to draw for. Its about the "princess of the Universe" named Lustless and she is literally handicapped retarded. When the story starts she's of age to be married off and become queen so its mostly about her ducking her royal responsibilities and growing past her arrested development (as much as a handicapped woman can) I mostly landed on this idea cus as you noticed this theme is barely touched on in most magical girl stories. I will see myself out I just get excited when I can talk about it.
