Yeah thats how I was at the start as well. Then I completely lost my mind for several months and when I came back to my senses I had voices. Now I feel clear again and can roughly distinguish between what may or may not be a delusion. But yeah at the start I felt completely normal while my GP kept trying to feed me antipsychotics.
