This is completely theoretical, but what would prevent Trump from personally executing someone like the assassin(presidential immunity) or pardoning someone/organization who does?

Doesn't presidential immunity and pardons give him a nuclear option if he really wants it? Is there any precedent? I can only imagine something like this might be the gödel's loophole to executive power.
