First time brewing the Zheng Shan Tang Lapsang.
4g in 170mL gaiwan. First brew at 90C for 20 seconds. Went to 95C for subsequent infusions. Will probably use more tea next time since it was on the light side.
Admittedly I've only tried like 2 lapsangs, but the ZST/Lapsangstore is the best lapsang I've had. Fairly strong smoked aroma in the tin. Sweet and cooling. Smoked taste a supporting player in the brew itself and not overpowering. Maybe a touch of floral taste.

It depends on the lapsang. Some lapsang is smoked to all hell and it's the only thing you can taste. Some of them aren't smoked at all.
