For the rest of the day, you relax with your family there at the beach. Even Silver hobbles out after awhile, his people bringing your family's meal outside to enjoy as the sun sets behind the forest. Everyone relaxes and enjoys themselves, you smiling as you watch over your family. Enjoying this time with them all, but as you sit by the water, waves lapping near your boots, Marron comes over, sitting down beside you with a troubled look on her face. But she doesn't immediately speak, so you don't pressure her. Waiting until she finds the words to express herself.

“I've been thinking... About... About what Chaya told me.” she says, you wondering what happened. “And... She's right. I'm not a fighter. I'm not like her, or you, or the rest of you. I fought because I had to, but, it's not what I want for my life.”
“I see. And what is it that you DO want, Marron?” you ask her, your granddaughter's entire posture slumping with a sigh.
“That's just it. I've been fighting since I was little, ever since Raditz showed up on Earth when I was four.” she replies, hugging her knees to her chest. “I don't know another way. But what I do know is that, unlike Mom, err, Chaya, fighting doesn't make me happy the same way it does her. But I don't know anything else.”

Well? What do you tell her? Do you have any advice?
>Tell her the universe is a large place, she should go explore it and see what's out there for her
>Let her know you don't know what's out there, but whatever she decides to spend her life doing, you've got her back
>Ask if she wants to stay on New Salda while the tournament's ongoing, talk to different people who work in both cities and see if anything interests her
>Other(write in)?

You realize that, over the past month, you haven't actually ventured back to Earth very often. Focused you were on acquiring new techniques before going into the Room of Spirit and Time with your daughter. So, with sigh to power down then a thought reach out to your granddaughter from another timeline, your mind connects to her own.

“Hey, Marron, it's Karn. Everything going alright on your end?” you think out, feeling Marron's mind connecting to your own.
“Karn? Yes, we're all settling in.” she replies, you asking if she has a few minutes to which she says yes. You then focus on her ki through the link, teleporting to her side with Instant Transmission. Appearing before her, finding not only that Marron is back in her clothes she wore before, and not the armor she got, she also isn't alone. You see that you're back in the Red Ribbon Army's repair center for their mechanically-enhanced fighters, Marron holding her father in this timeline Krillin's hand as he's plugged up with dozens of wires to some sort of machine, the blue-haired woman's fingers flying over the keyboard as she works.

“L-! Oh, it's just you.” he says, for a moment you'd seen his eyes glowing red, no doubt gathering energy for Eye Beams. “No matter how may times I see it, I'll never get used to that teleporting stuff.”
“What's all this?” you ask, gesturing to him. “Everything okay?”
“Just running diagnostics on the new parts, ensuring everything's working just fine. Should be only a few minutes.” the woman answers, not even bothering to turn around. “Have to make sure it's all ready.”
“Ready?” you wonder to yourself but not aloud, slightly curious what she means by ready. Instead, not wanting to get into that you ask another question. “So, Marron, how has getting everyone settled in been?”

“Surprisingly easy. While the technology in a few places is slightly outdated, it's better than most of what was still working in our own time.” she replies, telling you about how she and those left of the resistance got the elderly situated first, into the most easily-accessible buildings then everyone else, getting the facilities up and running to support everyone they'd brought over. “It's been a lot of work, but we're almost fully sufficient now. Still don't have the ability to produce our own food, that knowledge was lost, but with our alliance with the Red Ribbon Army, we're getting there.”
