How would he get exiled if Khaenriah has fallen at that time? Mad Monk guy definitely happens much earlier than 500 years ago, not just because Khaenriah would've been destroyed already, but also how would he influence Beliy Tsar if he died during cataclysm?
Also Mad Monk literally has a Khaenriahn name already - Rauthvangi, and none of the sinners use any Khaenriah sounding aliases.
