When the most "green" policy would actually be not importing non-whites, that trounces any other decision you could do for the environment.

How's the aussie police? Here we are quite free and some of the laws exist for selective enforcement which at least I havent ever seen cops abuse.
For example there is a law that you arent allowed to drink in public except in a park or other such place, but obviously everyone drinks anyway and most have opinion that a free white man should be able to drink a beer wherever the fuck he pleases.
But such law allows for selective enforcement lets say someone is piss-drunk and causing trouble being a nuisance in public place then he can be removed using that law. Of course selective enforcement has the problem that it could be abused but i havent seen that happen.
