Uhhhh the character's full name is Iruma Suzuki from Mairimashita! Iruma-kun but this is an alternate version or something called Iruma or Evil Irumi or whatever. I don't actually know anything about the source material besides what I've seen looking up art. I just think this particular version of the character is hot and the smug attitude he's usually drawn with looks perfect for size stuff.
