I usually name files as series - characters - artist number, or if it looks like oc's I'll do artist - characters number.
If the character names aren't available I'll just list their relations like bro sis or father daughter or what have you.
I got the artist name from Gelbooru or Rule34 I think, not sure if it's accurate lol.
