One cabinet was only about 130€. Lanberg WF01-6609-10S. Not the nicest but decent qualitiy and cheap, works for my purpose well. Actually fits 10U but the top cover is covering the most uppermost slot. The airflow is not an issue, it intakes from the front and the back is open, I removed the cover. Push pull config.

They were free. I had to replace a few batteries but beats paying full price for a nice-to-have UPS. I actually have a third one but I gotta get batteries for it too. They were brand new but just never used, they were bound for e-waste but I could not let that happen.

I don't even know. I don't know Kubernetes well at all, but I'm just installing it and figuring it out. It's hard for me to learn just by theory so I try to make actual installations. The nucs are a bit old to be in circulation so I just took them from work. They were collecting dust but seem to work.
I'll think what I'm gonna run on it tomorrow. I just have no genuine need.
