Well, IMO there are a few of these real wunderwaffle projects in Ukraine.
Flamingo was certainly one of them, I would also probably add Trembita, the various FPVs (including Baba Yaga) and the Grom-2 (Polish name, in pigspeak it is Hrim-2... just like the memes would have re written it).
All of these systems can be manufactured at relative scale in Ukraine and at reasonable costs.
Quantity, in particular for long range systems, means they can saturate air defences.
Unfortunately for Ukraine, the Russians track the manufacturing and the production plant for Grom-2 (which is more specialized in production than Flamingo) is now completely wiped.
The Flamingo, due to being a pulse jet and slow moving missile, is much easier to manufacture (as well as to shoot down), so I think that production may resume.
As for Trembita it seems that payload and range wasn't large enough for it to become a focus, but it is easy enough to be backyard manufactured.
