I've heard it a few times that people have been put on the sex offender list for peeing in public, but I'm skeptical of it. It might be an urban myth, I've never been able to find any confirmation of someone being put on the sex offender list for this (or something like streaking).

I'm not really asking for second hand stories or what you heard from a friend. I'm looking for stuff like news article, actual court cases, or legal papers.
