lmfao it was blocked for me in the U.S but they aren't going off my IP address, they are simply going off my country of selection in my Pixiv account settings. It's almost like they're saying "hey we need to comply with your local laws, however, you can click this to change your country if it is incorrect."

I just changed it from United States to Thailand and then refreshed the page and it worked.
