I really wish WotC would do more with subtypes, whether it be creatures types or rooms or spacecrafts or whatever. It's always food synergies or treasure synergies. For some reason, whenever I see them talk about how the designers and players don't generally like tribal sets, it's because they feel pressured to only build around one specific creature type, even if that's not the most optimal way to build a particular tribal deck. I felt like kinship really bridged the gap well, suggesting you would only get a small bonus from running similar creatures, and even then, it was still by chance. Considering the FIRE philosophy they've developed, they could easily design cards nowadays that were fine on their own, but really strong when you reveal the same creature type.

A specific tribe? Honestly, most of my favorite tribal cards are either generic tribal cards or care about 2+ types. Also, most of the tribal cards that I like that WotC prints nowadays have tribal mechanics that only seem to be meant to be relevant in commander, so I'm not sure I should really include them in the running. If I had to pick one though, it would either be the OP pic or Nova Chaser.
