It's a web novel hosted on the Digimon website about a 19 year old code crakcer(people who use digimon to carry out hush hush activities on the internet) who gets partnered up with a unique specimen named Loogamon by Prof Ryusenji in order to infiltrate the infamous Crack Team known as the Sons of Chaos in order to figure out what their big operation is. It makes for a decent read and there's also a prequel/epilogue manga you can read too
