It's been a hot minute since I've seen S1 but overall I feel like it's still much better. Not that I dislike S2, but I feel the focus has been on Panty too much. Stocking and the demon sisters don't seem to get much. Scanty seems to have a bit more screentime so I'm happy with that but ultimately they're just there and seem to have regressed as characters. Kneesocks has been reduced to a younger sister clinging to Scanty but in S1 they both had more autonomy. Stocking seems to have regressed too.
